Abstract

|
The association of uterus didelphys with obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis is rare anomaly. It is caused by failure in the fusion of the caudal portion of the Mullerian duct, seconary to Wolffian duct anomaly. This complex of anomalies is seen in adolescnts and a pelvic mass.We report one case of bicornuated uterus with unilateral cervical atresia and homolateral renal agenesis with a brief review of concerned literatures.
